CAT. 0006 Billing questions

What do petitioners ask of the ledger?

Asked and answered.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes: no cap on books or questions. Pacing keeps it fast for everyone (one answer at a time, plus generous daily limits far beyond a person’s reading); the details are in the terms.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

By card, monthly, through our payment provider Revolut; we never see your card number. The price includes any tax, and is the same everywhere we sell. Cancel any time on your Billing page: nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

What happens when my subscription ends?

For 30 days your library is read-only: you can still sign in, read your books and notes, and use “Download everything” on your Billing page to take it all with you. We email you when it ends, a week before the 30 days are over, and a day before. Then we erase the books you uploaded and everything made from them, with your notes, highlights, reading positions, collections and conversations. Your account stays, so you can subscribe again whenever you like, and if you do so within the 30 days, nothing is erased.

Is there a free trial?

No. You can try Lexarii first in the demo, a shared library of public-domain classics that resets every hour, or run the self-hosted edition on your own server, free for good.
